Owl provides outsourced accounting services to small and mid-sized companies through full charge bookkeepers and CFOs. These bookkeepers and CFOs are available to provide everything from basic bookkeeping to long-range strategic planning. By providing emergency, urgency and ongoing financial management and support, Owl helps business owners who don't have the time, experience or desire to manage the day-to-day financial details of their business and who would prefer, instead, to focus their energy on growing the business.

We are turnkey. In addition to an extensive screening process, candidates must complete substantive accounting, Excel and QuickBooks tests, as well as pass background, criminal and credit checks. Because quality means everything to us and we also do our own periodic spot checks.

We offer consistency with flexibility. Owl is often asked "Will I have the same person every week?" Yes. The same Owl employee works in your office at a regularly scheduled time. While your staffing needs may vary slightly from week to week, you pay a set monthly fee so you know exactly what to budget for and what to expect.
