Mike Paton

Mike Paton has been helping entrepreneurs succeed for more than twenty years. An accomplished coach, facilitator and speaker, Mike has led four entrepreneurial organizations and helped the leaders of dozens more get what they want from their businesses. He’s one of a small handful of EOS Implementers introducing this simple, practical “way of operating” to growth-oriented business owners throughout the United States. Mike and his colleagues have conducted well over 1,000 full-day sessions with the leadership teams of over 150 companies.

He lives in Minneapolis with his wife Kerry and his son Henry.
Areas of Specialty

EOS is designed specifically for entrepreneurial companies. The majority of our 150 clients have revenues of between $2 million and $50 million and employ 10 to 250 people. My Philosophy

Entrepreneurs and their leadership teams love to wrestle with 136 different issues simultaneously. EOS is simple and includes a complete set of practical tools that have an immediate impact on the day-to-day business. It helps leaders get better at solving ALL of the problems they’re facing today, and once mastered those tools are easily applied to new opportunities and obstacles. As a result, EOS helps companies gain traction, increase revenues, and outperform their competition – all very tangible outcomes.
