Let’s start with what we don’t do.
We aren’t a staffing firm. We’re happy to fill in for a CIO on sabbatical or fill a gap between hires, but placing IT staff isn’t our main thing. We also shy away from making house calls to set up aunt Irma’s new Wii, and we aren’t going to work on highly specialized systems like reprogramming the hospital’s MRI machine.
But, when it comes to Information Technology we do just about everything else. Here are some examples:
1: Something on the network is messed up. We fix it.
Some of our customers call us when something isn’t right. Maybe the printers aren’t working or emails are getting lost. Maybe there’s a virus going around and some PCs are coughing and sneezing. Then we come in, find the problem, correct it and go home.
