Jodi Standke is Co-Founder and CEO of Talon Performance Group. Jodi is in the business of making people’s dream comes true and organization’s successful. It began ten years ago, when she founded an executive search firm for the legal industry, called Legal Liaisons, Ltd. She realized there was a distinct need for knowledgeable recruiters in the legal industry and realized their was a training and development need for the leaders within the legal industry. She worked with both legal professionals, finding them positions they love, and law firms and departments, helping them attract and attain top talent.
In order to meet the evolving needs of her clients, she transformed the business from recruitment into a comprehensive talent management firm: Talon Performance Group. Today, Jodi helps clients gain a competitive edge by aligning their talent with the organization’s distinct culture. She focuses on assisting leadership within professional service environments strive to their fullest potential while assisting them develop a cohesive approach to selection, development and retention, which directly impacts their bottom line and is vital to success.

Jodi frequently publishes articles and presents seminars and keynote addresses at colleges, universities, associations and special events. She is a selected Member of LegalEdge, the LE Speakers Bureau, and currently serves as a board member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, Minnesota chapter.
