Terri Shepherd, Xact! Resources, Inc.
Terri Shepherd is founder and CEO of Xact! Resources, Inc. When she isn’t in the office, she devotes a significant amount of time to member organizations. She is a National Director for the American Collectors Association, the Executive Director of the Minnesota Association of Collectors, and an active member of the Women’s President Organization and Women’s Business Development Center. She is also a committee member of the United States Chamber of Commerce’s International Policy Committee, the Small Business Council and International Trade Subcommittee. Terri’s most recent endeavor is Xact! Due Diligence, an investigations company and subsidiary of Xact! Resources. In her free time, she travels the United States frequently speaking at events and forming new relationships everywhere she visits.
